Your address details are necessary for the VAT settlement of the Administrator in the European Union in the MOSS system, and your email address to be able to send you a confirmation of the transaction and the purchased electronic file for download.
What is the Shopify.com platform?
Shopify.com is an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services online. Your data is stored in the Shopify application (store) to which only the Website Administrator has access. All data is stored on secure and protected servers secured by a firewall.

Under no circumstances do we share your personal data with other entities.
What are the rights of the data owner?
The data owner has the right to access personal data, request rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data.

Who has access to your personal data?
The Data Administrator has access to your personal data through:
- a sales platform/store run on Shopify.com
- the Omnisend.com platform (only an email address) to send information about new products or discounts via the Newsletter.
Personal data is also made available to payment operators, such as PayPal, in order to make payments for purchases on the Website and to the MABA Małgorzata Panek accounting office for tax settlement purposes, serving the Data Administrator.

We reserve the right to change the privacy policy of the website, which may be affected by the development of Internet technology, possible changes in the law on the protection of personal data and the development of our website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
