NEW YEAR'S COMPETITION
With the New Year, I come to you with (the first competition since the brand's opening!) :)
Below you will find some rules:
1. To participate in the Contest, Participants must post a photo edited with one of the Vivid Presets presets on their public Instagram profile, tagging and mentioning @vividpresets in the post, and adding the hashtag #konkursvividpresets . Additionally, in the photo description, include information about the preset used to edit the photo. The photo can be about any topic (portrait, wedding, lifestyle, travel, etc.), and the preset can be customized to suit your editing needs.
2. I am waiting for your applications until January 31, 2025, 11:59 p.m.
3. The results will be announced within 5 days of the competition ending date.
4. PRIZES! The competition prizes are a collection of presets, freely chosen by the winner. Five participants will be recognized, with five main prizes awarded simultaneously. I reserve the right to award more prizes.
And some more formal rules:
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These regulations define the conditions under which the competition for the best photo edited with the Vivid Presets preset, hereinafter referred to as the "Competition", is held.
2. The organiser of the competition is Justyna Zduńczyk Photography, with its registered office in Wrocław, Rodzinna 19/14, 53-029 Wrocław, NIP: 8971603159, hereinafter referred to as the Organiser.
3. The Organizer declares that the Competition is not a game of chance, a raffle, a mutual bet, a promotional lottery, a game whose outcome depends on chance, or any other form provided for in the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 (Journal of Laws of 2009, item 1540, as amended).
4. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the terms and conditions of the Competition.
5. The prize is funded by the Organizer.
6. The competition is run on the Vivid Presets Instagram profile | @vividpresets.
7. Competition entries/photos must be original, and the ownership rights to the photo and the persons published in it must belong to the person publishing/author of the photo.
8. The Organizer decides whether an entry qualifies for the Competition. Entries that do not comply with the Rules will be rejected for formal reasons.
9. Participation in the Competition is tantamount to consenting to the publication of the competition entry on the Organizer's social media.
10. The Organizer supervises the proper conduct of the Competition.
COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS
Any natural person who meets the following conditions may participate in the Competition:
- has read the content of these Regulations and voluntarily enters the Competition,
- has full legal capacity,
- agrees and accepts the terms of the Regulations, including having read the content regarding the procedure for receiving the prize and fully accepting it,
- consented to the processing of personal data for purposes related to participation in the Competition,
- has an authentic and active Instagram account, established and maintained in accordance with the regulations of this website,
